Aarogyam Yoga
1. WHAT IS YOGA
The word Yoga means ‘unity` or ‘oneness` and is derived from the
Sanskrit word ‘yuj` which means ‘to join`. This unit of joining is
described in spiritual terms as the union of the individual
consciousness with the universal consciousness.
1. The state, called yoga which is free from the contact of sorrow.(6/23).
2. Evenness of mind is called Yoga. (2/48)
3. Yoga is the ceasing of the functional modifications of citta. (Yoga sutra ½).
HISTORY OF YOGA
According to hatha yoga Lord Shiva instructed the knowledge of hatha yoga.
Means firstly Yogic Science instructed by God than it written in
epics (Patanjala Yoga sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita,)
of yoga by Indian sages like Maharshi Patanjala, Swatmaram, Gherend etc.
TYPES OF YOGA
There are many types of yoga but these are different ways to get one destination.
Such as Hatha Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Raja Yoga and few more. But the aim of all is to get Raja Yoga
means Samadhi means oneness with supreme consciousness.
But now you can hear some more name as Ayenger Yoga, Power Yoga, Hot
Yoga, Artistic Yoga and more but these are not the type of Yoga these
are only variation of Hatha Yoga.
The efficacy and philosophy of Yoga, is now accepted by the modern
medical community. It takes a holistic view of health, physical fitness; healthy life style, hygiene and body care for a disease-free, long and
healthy life. Therefore, to provide these values of yoga we designed
Aarogyam Yoga. In Aarogyam yoga we presented the science of yoga in a most scientific manner.
Aarogyam means disease free and yoga means to unity so AAROGYAM YOGA mean that’s way of yoga which join you with AAROGYAM HEALTH.

Today, yoga is generally practiced to improve or restore the health, to
reduce weight, stress, to prevent the body from ageing, to build up the
body or to beautify it. We are accepting it as a therapeutic science and treating the sickness. Yes, yoga does fulfill these all objectives but
it should be kept in mind that they are certainly not the goal.
There are many parts of different yoga but these are main parts of all yoga.

In the systematic science of yoga you must firstly prepare the physical
body because it is the grossest manifestation of prana. So first do
Asanas to activate the prana then Pranayama to purify the energy
channels (nadi) and to process and balance the prana. Then Mudras to
channelize the prana and arouse different faculties of the mind, and
then Bandhas to draw prana upward from the lower center. When the full
capacity of prana or Shakti is released.

Aarogyam Yoga at home is being introduced so that everyone can do yoga
at their convenience. Yoga at Home is very useful for those sedentary worker, Elderly people who can’t go out to the center of yoga classes
and Because of the illness people can’t go out, the trainer comes home
and teaches them according to their problems and need.

etc. Yoga group class are being started for the people how are busy in
their schedule and want classes need to their place, if someone want
